How do I create an account?

Download the Asia Number One app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Register" and provide your name, email, phone number, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to activate your account.

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our menu and add items to your cart
  2. Review your cart and add any special instructions
  3. Select pickup or dine-in
  4. Choose your payment method
  5. Confirm your order
  6. You'll receive a confirmation with pickup time

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Twint

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Most orders are ready within 15-30 minutes. You'll see an estimated pickup time when you place your order, and you can track the status in the app.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before preparation begins for a full refund. To modify or cancel, call us immediately at 041 440 04 72. Once preparation has started, modifications may not be possible.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes! You can specify dietary requirements and allergies in your profile or add special instructions to individual orders. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. For severe allergies, please call us directly.

How do I adjust the spice level?

Each dish shows a spice level indicator (0-3 peppers). You can add special instructions to request more or less spice when ordering.

Can I save my favorite items?

Yes! Tap the heart icon on any item to add it to your favorites. Access your favorites from the main menu for quick reordering.

How do refunds work?

We offer immediate refunds for orders cancelled before preparation, incorrect orders, or quality issues. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your complete credit card information. Your payment data is encrypted and secure.

How is my personal data protected?

We comply with Swiss FADP and EU GDPR regulations. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact us at ebikon@asianumberone.ch to request account deletion. We'll delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

Do you offer delivery?

Currently, we offer pickup and dine-in options only. Delivery may be available in the future.

What are your operating hours?

Please check the app for current operating hours, as they may vary by day and season.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Close and restart the app
  2. Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play
  3. Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  4. Clear the app cache (in device settings)

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link.

Can I use the app without creating an account?

You can browse the menu as a guest, but you'll need to create an account to place orders and save preferences.

Do you have vegetarian/vegan options?

Yes! We offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Use the dietary filters in the app to find suitable options.
